RakefetOnline's Open Payment Form serves as a fundamental tool that allows you to design a quick form connecting designated chart of accounts tailored through a web based form for accepting donations. The form can generate a link to be used directly through your website or email platform.
To create and use your form, you must have payment processing in place with either PayPal or PayQuiq. (read more about payment processing).
To begin, go Setup--> Receivables --> Payment Form
Switch the account descriptions on (green) and off (red).
Add your synagogue's website and Custom Amount Option (suggested donation values).
You may also add a Custom Footer Message.
When finished, click Save.
To view your form before making it active, click the blue View Form button.
If you are happy, click the green Generate Form URL to use as needed.
If you need to make additional changes click the blue Setup Form to make the changes and complete the Save and Generate steps again.
