New Member Form is an easy to create form that allows you to collect details from new member / prospects and update the form into a database profile.


To create the New Member Form, go Setup--> Database --> New Member Form.


In the Setup Form, select your Form Theme, Form Image, add your Synagogue's URL and Response Email.


Then add your Custom Form Message.  This is a great place to talk about your membership and community.


Next click on the Fields Setup button.


Select the profile database sections and fields you would like to collect information on about your new members.




Then, if you would like to collect membership payments in this form, turn the switch to Enable Payments and click on Account Settings.  Select your income accounts, values and descriptions for your form. If your membership is a set amount based on family type, select Fixed Amount.





Click Save to save your changes.



To get a form preview, click View Form:



Once you are satisfied with the appearance of your form, you can generate a unique URL. This URL can then be easily integrated into your website or shared directly with potential members.

Whenever a new member completes and submits a form, RakefetOnline will automatically send a notification to the designated Response Emails.

Following submission, the form manager has the ability to View the Form Responses. You can also make any necessary updates or edits to the form at this stage.

For meeting reviews or other purposes, you have the option to print an export of the form's content.

When reviewing the submitted data of a new member, it is essential to assign a Family Code that accurately reflects their family type.  The system will not let you save or promote the form into a database profile without an assigned Family Code.

Finally, after you have reviewed and approved all the information, and updated the date if required, you can finalize the process by clicking "Add Family To Database." This action will update the form's data into a database profile.




CRM-Admis, CRM-Receivables Admins and Database Admins have permission to access this form build and manage updates. If you create a specialized Role, you can add user access the manage this form.
