The Member Renewal / Member Update Form can be accessed on the office and member side, Depending on your needed process and design, it can be helpful in any manner.
To create your form, go Setup--> Database --> Member Renewal Form.
To create your Dashboard Form Button Name, enter the form name. If you plan to use the form for Membership Renewal, name it Member Renewal. If you plan to have the form as an update tool, name it Member Update.
Then select your Form Theme (colors), add your Form Image, Synagogue's URL, Response Email (who to be notified when the forms are submitted), and an active date range for the Form Button.
Next add your Custom Form Message. This will appear to the left of the form, and under the selected graphic.
Next click on the Fields Setup bar.
Slide the switches on the database sections you wish to be visible. Then check all the fields you would like open to collect renewal or updated information. If you want the families to view without edit, also tag the R/O) adjacent to the fields. Click OK when finished,
If you would like to enable payments, turn the switch (and other payment switches that apply). Then click the Account Settings to establish your accounts, values and display names.
Then enter your Note For Payments Page, such as other payment options or payment instructions.
When you are finished, you can click Save and then View your form.
If you want to share the form link with members who have login access, you can by generating the form URL. However, members will be able to access the Dashboard button to complete the form within the active form dates.

Office side users with permission to manage the form, can also fill in the forms on behalf of members and submit them immediately.
When a member submits the form, the office side user responsible for the form will be notified. This user will then go to Setup--> Database --> Member Renewal Form and View the form responses. In this review process, the form can be updated and then submitted as completed by this office side user.
