Notes and Attachments are a great way to keep current with important family or student meetings.


Notes and Attachments are password protected and available for a Family profile and for each Child's profile.



Notes and Attachments:

Within the Member's or Child's profile you can add text. images, links and documents in "Notes and Attachments".

To add a note or file attachment, Search for the Member Family or Child on the Family page and click Run Report.

Once the Family is found, click on their linked name to access their database profile.


Then click on the blue button Notes and  Attachments.
Enter the Validation Password password and click Validate.



When the Notes and Attachments Editor Page opens, add your note Topic/ Title, create a note with the needed attachments.  If adding a document, click on the File Attachment icon to upload your member document.


Then click the Save button.
