Web browsers store copies of images from websites you visit on your computer. When you return to those sites, they load the images from your local cache instead of downloading them again. This speeds up page loading and saves you time and bandwidth.

HOWEVER, if you are online daily with frequent browser use, your cache should be refreshed periodically, like 1-2 times a month. Refreshing your cache will improve storage space, prevent outdated information displaying and improve slow performance.

Some issues we have seen will cluttered caches are users not seeing their updated 2FA login page.

Here is how to clear your cache If you are using Chrome:

Click on the three dots on the top right corner.

Then click on History and then History again when the side menu appears OR press Ctrl + H:

On the next screen, click "Delete Browsing History"

When this popup Window appears like the image below, select only Browsing History and Cached Images (this is what is clogging up your view of the new Rakefet screen).

Then click Delete data.

Next, return to the login screen to request the new 2FA code.
