To change the bank on your new account to manage refunds, follow these steps:
1. Go to Setup--> GL / Budget / Payables and click on the submenu Chart Of Accounts.
2. Find your account and click the Edit button. (You can use the Search feature + Run Report to search by name or type).
3. After clicking Edit, change the bank account to be the one you want and click Save (see image below).
4. Then go to the transaction that was entered in the family account or in the Transaction History page.
5. Click Edit and Save.  When the message asks you what bank, switch the transaction to the updated bank account.
