To add a Donation or Payment into a Family's profile via the Transactions page, click on the menu Transactions and then click the button +Add Transaction.




After clicking on the +Add Transaction button, fill in the payment card.  The switch should be on the Receivables side.


Within the card, select the Family, Account, Type (Donation, Payment, Work Credit, Other Credit or Charge), and then add the date, amount and memo.

 







To complete the posting, click the +Add button to save.
