To setup users who work in the office, rabbi, board members anyone else who should have access to business end of the congregation would be invited differently than the members.
Any office side users, across the board, will have the ability to query for families and individuals, Yahrzeits, create templates to print and email, send text messages, create announcements, and run permissioned based reporting.
There are core types of office side permissions for CRM, however you can create unlimited roles to meet the needs of your accessing data:
Core CRM Roles:
- CRM Admin - Full access in the software. Can add, edit, make inactive and delete. Can create and manage roles.
- CRM Database Admin - Full access over the database. Can add, edit, make inactive and delete.
- CRM Member - Full access over their own database. Can add, edit, and can request delete.
- CRM Receivables Admin - Full access over receivables. Can add, edit, make inactive and delete.

Core Hybrid Roles in CRM:
- Synagogue Admin - Everything in the software with full financial access, but cannot edit.
- Synagogue Member - Can view and pay into their account, but cannot edit.
- Synagogue Office Non-Financial - Everything in the software without financial access, but cannot edit.
Note: If an office side user is also a member, they either will need to have two emails or have a special role created for them to allow layered access.
To invite office side users go Setup--> Manage Users
- Click +Add User
- Enter the Username, which will be their email address
- Enter in their First and Last Name
- Select your organization
- Select the User Role
- Skip linking to a Family when adding an office side user
- Select a profile picture
- click Submit to save
