The Payment Form feature allows you to create a form to accept payments without logging into RakefetOnline.  The Payment Form can be setup for one time or recurring payments for admin selected accounts. The Payment Form can be added to your website or shared in emails by a secure link created in the form setup process.


To create the form Go Setup--> Receivables / Payment Form



Select the accounts you want to see on the form.  


Accounts that are green will appear on the form, while accounts that are red will not.



Next add your Synagogue's website URL


Then if you want, you can create Custom Amount suggestions and a Thank You message.


Click Save to save your settings.


To View the completed Payment Form, click View Form.


Within the View Form page you can see what your form will look like.


To share it, in the View Form page click the green button Generate from URL.  A secure link will be created that you can now use on your website menus and share in emails.





Members who use the open form without logging in will be SmartMatched based on their email. If a match is not found, you can manually match the payment to the family.


If a non member makes a payment you can choose to add a family and link the payment, or convert the donation to income (with no database).


All recurring payments made by the will be managed in Make Payments --> View Recurring Payments
