In RakefetOnline you can setup recurring payments to be managed on the office side and member side login.
To setup Recurring Payments go Setup--> Payments.
Make sure you have the correct credentials from either of the RakefetOnline payment processing partners (PayQuiq and PayPal). If you need help or don't know, give us a call: 855.725.7874 or email rush@rakefetimited.com
Next select what accounts will be visible and click Save.
Once payment processing and accounts are selected, the Make Payments screen is ready for recurring payments. From the Make Payments page the donor or office side can setup the recurring payments. On the menu select Make Payments.
Click the sub menu Setup Recurring Payment.
In this setup, the user can enter in the value of the recurring payment, the billing period (monthly, yearly, etc.), the frequency of the payments with the number if payments and the starting date. Depending on the Setup--> Payments pagethe convenience fee can be set for none, choice or mandatory.
Once the recurring payments are setup, they can be managed from the Make Payments screen-> View Recurring Payments.
Permissioned users (Admins and the member donating) can manage the recurring payments, see the frequencies and run export reports as needed to CSV and XLS.
