To access Bulk Member Invite you must be logged into RakefetOnline an Administrator.
To invite individuals to create an account, follow the steps below:
1. Go Setup --> Manage Users.
2. Click the +Bulk Invite Members button.
3. Under the Family Code and / or Individual Code filters, select the codes for the group of individuals you intend to invite (see image A below). This is a VERY IMPORTANT STEP!
4. Click the Run Report button to see the individuals who belong to the filtered group will be invited.
5. Under the dropdown Select User Role, select Member for Read Only Member Access or CRM-Member for Read / Write Member Access where a family can update their contact information and family members (see image B).
6. Click the Send Invites button to invite your individuals in the filter groups. Those with emails will be invited. Those with duplicated emails will only be invited once.
7. RakefetOnline will confirm on the screen that your invites are going out. When they are completed, you will receive a confirmation email.
