This page is where you will be able to filter and query your deceased and mourners.
You can filter by Yahrzeit date or death date, Jewish or English observance, all mourners (plus Family / Individual Code), with / without email, Note 1 and search by mourner name, deceased name and email address.
To Filter, select from the options provided such as date range and then click Run Report. By clicking Run Report, the software will call your mourner database up.
While viewing your filter or query, you can easily view the mourner's full database by clicking on their name. Sometime this can be useful to learn more about the family without having to leave the Yahrzeit screen.
Also, after you filter, you can print, email or export as RTF your mourners Yahrzeit Notices. Any notices that you have created in Setup--> Templates / Yahrzeit Templates will be available to select from the Select Template dropdown.
Printed Yahrzeit notices will be available to print through your browser. If you have popup blocker, Rakefet will warn you so you can turn it off.
If you are emailing your notices, you have to option to Send Now by clicking Send Emails, or Schedule. If you select Schedule, you can set a date and time for your emails to be sent out. Once you set the schedule click the Schedule Emails button. You can manage your Scheduled Emails by clicking the View Scheduled Emails.
If you choose to export your notices as an RTF (Rich Text File format), you can save them to your computer to open with any type of Word / Google Docs like program. We offer this option on all our templates because sometimes you may want to do this to personalize your notices.
