The instructions for Forgot Password are the same for RakefetOnline-Hybrid and RakefetOnline-CRM users.
1. On the Login page, click the link Forgot Password.
2. When the page changes, enter your email and click the green Go! button.
3. You will then receive an email providing you instructions and a temporary password to use to establish your new password.
Once completed, you will be able to log into your account.
