Donor Receipts can be accessed by Office Side users with Receivable permissions and Member users (who can only see their own receipt).


To email or print Donor Receipts, go Reports --> Receivables and click on the report Donor Receipt.

In the Donor Receipt setup screen, you can be in either the view of Member Families or Families with Accounts.

You can Filter by Family and / or Individual Codes, account range, fund range, date range and for value ranges.


You can add a receipt starting number and a message thanking your families for their support.


You can also filter for families with email to email the Donor Receipt, or families without emails to print and mail their Donor Receipt.


When emailing the donor receipt, you can also add a custom message that will appear as a Preview text in most emails.


After setting up your Donor Receipt, you can click Print to print through the browser or click Email to email to your donor families.




When emailing the donor receipt, the recipient can view it within their email and click View Receipt Report to print or save  the receipt through their browser.
