Statements can be accessed for both Synagogue Admin and Member users (who can only see their own statement).


To email or print Statements, go Reports --> Receivables and click on the report Statements.

In the Statement setup screen, you can be in either the view of Member Families or Families with Accounts.

You can Filter by Family and / or Individual Codes, account range, fund range, date range and select your statement styles (By Date, Subtotalled, Summary and Show Remaining Balance).


At the bottom of the report setup you can select to run your report for Outstanding balances only - this option, when selected, will only run statements with balances. 


You can also filter for families with email to email the Statement, or families without emails to print and mail their Statement


When emailing the statement, you can also add a custom message that will appear as a Preview text in most emails.


 



When emailing the statement, the recipient can view it within their email and click View Statement Report to print or save  the statement through their browser.
