Member Transaction History
A member’s Transaction History is only accessible through their personal Member login in RakefetOnline. While enhanced detail is planned for future releases, Office users can still search the Transaction History page on the Office side to review a member’s full activity when needed.
To view your family’s Transaction History, log in to the Member portal and click the Transactions menu tab. By default, the page displays All Transactions.
Members can filter transactions by Payments, Donations, Work Credits, Other Credits, and Charges, as well as refine results using a date range or account description.
After selecting your filters, click the green Run Report button to generate and view your results.
