The database can be accessed through several Family Views and Individual Views:
All Families, Families with Accounts, Families with Membership, Adults, Children, Adults + Children, and Children in School.
You can change the View by selecting one of the described Filters. Every Filter will provide a count of how many families or individuals there are in the related View. Also, the Filter options will change as relevance per each View.
Family Code assignments will dictates which families appears in specific Family Views:
All Families are for every family in the database.
Families with Accounts are families who have a Family Code with an account status, which allows for financial transactions linked to the family.
Families with Membership are families who have a Family Code with a membership status and account status to your congregation.
