The Member Data Report is an extremely powerful report, as it allows you to include any number of standard or user-defined fields from your database.


To select the fields you would like to include—and determine how the data should be sorted—click the Fields dropdown in the Member Data Report Setup.


When running the Member Data Report, you can choose to run the report by family or by individual. From there, you can select the specific fields you want to include, such as birth date, email address, zip code, and more.

Once the data is exported as a CSV file, it can easily be imported into Excel or Google Sheets, where you can create queries, filter results, and analyze demographic information as needed.
